This machine is used for picking fish meat from fish bone, skin and tendon to realizing fish meat collection and extraction. The picked fish meat or fish meat paste are pure enough to be used to produce the fish ball, fish noodle, fish gelatin and fish dumpling, etc. Both freshwater fishes and marine fishes can be processed by this fish meat separating machine.
